If we’re making up our world with our thoughts, and we can choose where our thoughts come from, why would we listen to a negative fault finding mind?  Why not ask the that infinite intelligence within us, Life, how we should look at each situation we face?

Whatever is giving you life, your very essence, is within you, expressing through you, as you, but it is not who you ‘think’ you are.  Why not ask that Presence for direction?

Living from my mind, my mind tells me a story about what my day is about, based on my yesterdays.  It takes me out of the present moment and so I never experience the man I was created to be.  My mind… takes my soul… without my consent.
