There’s a voice in my head that never shuts up. It can be quieted, but never totally goes away. For the most part I believed what it told me. It was the only authority I had ever known. It is not who I am, however. There is another voice inside of me, the still small voice, that is the real power of my live. It is all of who I am but I am not all of it. I knew ‘about’ it but not how to access it in any real practical way. I did not create it and I can’t really lose it, but I can fail to cooperate with it.
This audio blog is my experience building a relationship with the Presence within, often called God. It is the living Presence in all things, available, equally, to everyone for the asking.
Initially I didn’t record this dialog but I soon found the recordings invaluable not only to me but as a demonstration to anyone that cared to do the same. All the pieces of my life started to make sense and come together as a result of my surrender to the Presence that not only gives me life, but is my life. I can easily see the necessity for each of us to have our own experience of that Presence as we are all unique individuals but of the same Presence (no matter what we ‘think’).
It’s just Common Sense.
