Wednesday… what does that mean?

We have a choice, every minute of every day.  Do you choose to ask the Presence within you how you should see this day or do you listen to your mind tell you it’s ‘truth’ and go unconscious again.  Our minds tell us about everything, but we made it up!  It’s almost impossible to see that because the mind thinks it’s who we are.  The only authority we each use.  Who said Friday is better than Monday?  Who said sunshine is better than clouds?  We made it all up.  Ask, for God’s sake ask!  If you don’t you’re stuck with your own dam opinions.  Of course some of them may be right but what are you missing out on cause you think you already know?

The Gift

Saying words is the letter of the law.  When you’re present, in the moment, and you add your life force to those words… now they’re real for you.  If we don’t add our energy by connecting with what the words mean… they’re just words.  Adding our own essence to the words is the spirit of the law.  So the words are the same… we add life to them or not.

Words or Meaning

We give all the meaning to the words we use from our past experiences of the word and then we project that meaning onto the word.  Most of the time it isn’t even true.  As an example; Just say the word Monday, see how you feel.  Now say Friday and see how you feel.  Yet right now they’re just words. Each day is brand new.

So when Monday rolls around we actually think it’s different than Friday and we act according to the thoughts we have about it.  Instead of Life being new and exciting (because its never been here before) we recreate the day based on some imaginary story from the past and it dictates our behavior.  So we are not really living!  We are controlled by our past thoughts and we wonder why nothing changes.

Try going into work on Friday and say out loud “it’s Friday!”.  Then watch the reaction others have.  Now try that on Monday and say out loud “its Monday!”  Say the words with the same enthusiasm both days.  Watch what happens.

Without awareness of something other than our mind, the mind controls us, but we are more than just our minds!

Be Who Creation Created You To Be

We came with a knowing of who we are… the world taught us to forget.. who we were created to be has not changed… the time to express it is always now… a little at a time we let go of our old ideas and awaken to the Presence… our authentic Self.

Here’s a song that represents that:   Thanks Matt and all the song writers that help us remember.

World of Difference

Such a simple thing, but what a world of difference!  I can either tolerate the conditions I’m facing that I don’t like, which is behavior modification, or I can surrender my minds viewpoint and ask whatever it is in me that is my ‘life’, for a new perspective, a new perception, a positive, helpful, view of whatever is in front of me… and my whole world changes.

The Words Are Coming

We already know all of this… we just didn’t know how to put it into words.  The words are coming… for each of us… in our own life… free, for the asking.  Surrendering to the very power that is our life and offering our voice to ‘thee’, Presence gives new meaning to those words… ‘free for thee as king’.   But only in the moment we ask.  One moment at a time.

The Authentic Self

Ask the person creation made you to be, your Authentic Self, not the person you ‘think’ you are, How can I best re-present my authentic Self in this moment?

The Lord of my life you could say is the King, yes?  The power of the living Presence in me is my King.  If I don’t ask, I can’t receive, for I can only see the King in my life when I am see-king.

If I Really Meant It

If what created us is within us, it knows all things, can do all things, and is present everywhere, why am I not asking that Presence questions?  For me, I always asked general questions and got general answers.  If what I am asking is important, if it really means everything to me(and it does) how would I ask that question?
